Who We Are

Holding hands is a social enterprise on a mission to tackle Isolation, Trauma, Grief, suicide, and hopelessness and provide extra support to people in our community who are undergoing turbulent life challenging situations in form of, bereavement, relationship breakdown, ill health, isolation, poverty etc. To support them with therapies, mentoring and activities that help them build resilience and bounce back.
We offer support, services and advice to Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people in England who are affected by Trauma, bereavement, isolation, Ill health and all mental i health challenges.

Our Mission

To eradicate the impact of adverse mental health challenges on marginalised people in our community. To reduce Isolation, exclusion, distress and sickness and to promote a better Health and wellbeing for all in need. We aim to help create a nation without prejudice or discrimination and health inequality.

What We Do

We offer support, services and advice to Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people in England who are affected by Trauma, bereavement, isolation, Ill health and all mental i health challenges.
Wellness & wellbeing support

Our programs, resources, and activities are designed to promote and enhance the physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of individuals.
Mental health support
Mental health counseling or therapy can provide support for individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns that may be impacting their overall wellbeing.
Trainings & mentoring

Our training and mentoring programmes are designed to help these marginalised people in our community develop and learn a skill, career and and expand their knowledge-base.
