We offer support, services and advice to Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people in England who are affected by Trauma, bereavement, isolation, Ill health and all mental health challenges.
We take a holistic approach, using solution focused methods that promote recovery, empowerment, engagement and Inclusion.
Our project can help you set goals and review your progress to reach your full potential in areas of your life which could include:
- Emotional and mental wellbeing
- Confidence and self-esteem building
- Recovery from substance misuse and offending
- Communications and language skills development
- Life skills Development
- Family support (Esp. for domestic abuse)
- Jobs scouting and volunteering
What We Do
Wellness & wellbeing support
Our programs, resources, and activities are designed to promote and enhance the physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of individuals.
Mental health support
Mental health counseling or therapy can provide support for individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns that may be impacting their overall wellbeing.
Trainings & mentoring
Our training and mentoring programmes are designed to help these marginalised people in our community develop and learn a skill, career and and expand their knowledge-base.
Befriending services
Our programs, resources, and activities are designed to promote and enhance the physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of individuals.
Advocacy for equity
Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic people in UK face inequalities that lead to poorer life chances in all areas of public life. Our organisation play a key part in overcoming these inequalities.
Promoting culture and heritage
Engaging in cultural activities in a way to create meaning, promote inclusion, engagement and improve wellbeing, are wishes of many from the BME communities.
